Changes to the CBRF Employee Registry

As of January 26th, the PDF files on the Employee Registry have been removed.  Employee training records can now be accessed by a database record search.  Employees can now access the registry by clicking here.

Please note that the CBRF employee training registry does not certify that a person is eliglbe towork in a CBRF.  Employers also need to check the Wisconsin Caregiver Misconduct Registry by clicking here.  The Wisconsin Caregiver Misconduct Registry is a record of the names of nurse aides and other non-credentialed caregivers with a substantiated finding of caregiver misconduct (abuse or neglect of a client or misappropriation of a client’s property). Information on the Registry should be reviewed regularly to determine appropriate hiring and employment decisions.

The Employee Registry contains the names of all individuals who have successfully completed any or all of the department-approved trainings on or after April 1, 2010.
