Erica completed her Bachelors (BBA) degree in Organizational Management at Viterbo University and then earned her Masters (MBA) degree in Health Care Administration from Ashford University. She also has her Education Specialist (EdS) degree in Adult Education and is currently working towards her Doctoral (PsyD) degree in Health & Wellness Psychology. Erica also holds her Human Services-Board Certified Practitioner (HS-BCP) license.
Erica owns and operates a residential/integrated living system for adults with chronic mental illnesses, personality disorders, AODA issues, and various behavioral problems. Directing community based residential facilities and adult family homes has been her career for the last 18 years. She also currently coordinates staff training as required by Wisconsin Administrative Code, is a certified/registered assisted living trainer by the State of Wisconsin, is a certified instructor of Non-Violent Crisis Intervention through the Crisis Prevention Institute, and is certified to instruct CPR/First Aid/AED through the American Red Cross.
Erica is active in the local community and serves on the Board of Directors for NAMI Wisconsin as their Treasurer, Board of Directors for NAMI Monroe County as their President, Chair of the AAACE Health Professionals SIG, Board of Directors for NOHS as their Vice President of Regional Development, as well as on numerous committees.
